On the afternoon of April 28, 2026, the Quanzhou "Enterprise Management Innovation" Expert Forum (46th session), hosted by the Quanzhou Industry and Information Technology Bureau and co-organized by Fujian Kesun Intelligent Logistics Equipment Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Kesun Intelligent"), was successfully held in the conference room on the fourth floor of our office building.
     This event, featuring a combination of smart warehouse observation, thematic sharing, and interactive exchanges, gathered over a hundred guests, including officials from the industrial and information technology system of Quanzhou City, leaders from various industries, and top-tier small and medium-sized enterprise (SME) managers. As a nationally recognized "little giant" enterprise specializing in precision, specialty, uniqueness, and novelty, Kesun Intelligence not only provided a platform for exchange for the attendees but also took this opportunity to showcase our core capabilities and innovative achievements in the field of smart logistics.

The guests successively visited the intelligent warehousing workshop of Kesun Intelligence, closely observing the efficient operation of automated equipment, including fully automatic packaging machines and robotic palletizing; they also witnessed the operation of equipment such as multi-aisle dense storage, stacker crane automated storage and retrieval systems, and Miniload light-load automated storage and retrieval systems, gaining a firsthand experience of the efficiency improvement and cost optimization brought by automation, digitization, and intelligence. They closely felt the technological leap from traditional packaging to intelligent logistics.

On-site observations reveal that the equipment is precisely positioned and orderly scheduled, capable of flexibly adapting to high-frequency inbound and outbound demands, fully demonstrating the integrated advantages of smart manufacturing and smart logistics. The fully automated operation system throughout the entire process has completely changed the traditional warehouse model of manual handling and inefficient inventory checking. Through high-level dense storage, the utilization rate of warehouse space has been significantly improved. The WMS warehouse management system and WCS equipment control system operate in coordination, achieving real-time visibility and precise control of inventory.

At the event, Zeng Guoyao, General Manager of Kesun Intelligent, delivered a keynote speech titled "Thirty and 'New': Kesun's Entrepreneurial Relay and Organizational Evolution from Packaging to Intelligence". Established in 1989 and headquartered in Huian, Quanzhou, Fujian, Kesun Intelligent started with traditional packaging manufacturing. After more than three decades of perseverance and innovation, it has transformed into a high-tech enterprise integrating intelligent warehousing, logistics sorting and packaging, and intelligent factory automation systems, successfully joining the ranks of national-level "little giant" enterprises specializing in precision, fine, unique, and innovative products.
     General Manager Zeng Guoyao shared the story of three generations of entrepreneurs taking turns to lead the company, drawing from the company's development journey. He described how the company broke through development bottlenecks through technological innovation, management innovation, and organizational evolution, delving deeply into the field of intelligent logistics equipment, and empowering the industry's transformation and upgrading with independently developed core technologies. His sharing encompassed both the persistence of entrepreneurial aspirations and practical management insights, providing a valuable development approach for the business managers present.

Subsequently, Mr. Rao Xuejun from Fujian Guoxin Enterprise Management delivered a keynote speech titled "Management + Informatization - Practical Strategies for Cost Reduction and Efficiency Improvement", providing practical solutions for enterprises' digital transformation and management upgrading. The guests engaged in interactive exchanges, discussing topics such as technological research and development, management innovation, and industry applications in depth.
